Challenge
We had been running customer acquisition campaigns through flyers and magazine events, but we weren't making good use of the web for attracting foot traffic. We knew we wanted to strengthen our web marketing going forward, but we weren't sure exactly what steps to take.

Results
After introducing Kensaku Doon, we started by setting up Google My Business properly and implementing things we had never done before, making it possible to publish accurate store information on Google Maps. We also used to manage SNS accounts and Google Maps separately for each of our multiple locations, but now we can manage and edit everything from a single Kensaku Doon dashboard, which has greatly improved our operational efficiency. Since signing up in June, our Google Maps views and search numbers have been gradually climbing, and we can feel that more customers are discovering PURI PURI. While conditions remain tough due to the impact of COVID-19, we're determined not to let that hold us back — and we plan to keep leveraging Kensaku Doon to drive customer growth.
