Before introducing Kensaku Doon, referrals were our main source of new clients, and we weren't able to attract customers through the web — that was our biggest challenge.

Results
Previously, updating Google My Business, SNS, and other platforms one by one was time-consuming and tedious. Since introducing Kensaku Doon, we can manage all our store information and reviews in one place, so the time we used to spend on individual SNS accounts and portal sites is completely gone. On top of that, the number of people finding us on Google Maps and discovering our website through search has been steadily growing since we signed up, and both inquiry numbers and actual memberships have been increasing. Going forward, our ideal is to use Kensaku Doon to strengthen our web marketing so we can keep attracting new customers without spending anything on advertising.
